Tangy Chili Prawns
Ingredients
- garlic
- 2 fresno chilies
- prawns, deveined
- green beans
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine
- juice of half a lime
- pinch of salt
- dash of dry chili flakes
Directions
Smash and chop garlic. Chop and deseed chilies. Heat peanut oil in a wok until smoking. Add garlic and chilies and stir. Add prawns and fry, stirring constantly. Add lime juice and rice wine. When prawns are nearly cooked, add green beans. Cook about 1 minute, then add salt and chili flakes. Cook another 30 seconds to 1 minute, then serve.
